We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days from receipt of order, as not all stock is carried in our main warehouse.

However, during July, August and September dispatch times may increase up to 12 working days.

Please note delays can occur beyond advised delivery times if a title has to be re-published/printed from our suppliers.

If you're not happy wtih you purchase, or if you just ordered the wrong book - we will take it back and issue a refund!

Payment is required within 2 weeks of delivery. If your order goes into storage with us/delayed delivery requested, payment of 50% is required when your order goes into storage.

Discount is dependent on prompt payment. Discount may be halved where payment is one month overdue. Discount may be zero where payment is two months or more overdue. After the initial bulk order, discount is half of the bulk order discount and delivery is charged.

You are urged to check the delivery immediately. Any discrepancies must be notified within 5 days of receipt of order. Returns are accepted up to 5% of the order value and must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Special orders are non-returnable. Schoolbooks that are stamped or have barcode labels attached are non- returnable.

Delivery is free for orders over €300.
