Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed we begin picking and packing almost instantly in most cases (it shortens the delivery time!) which means you can't add to an order, you will need to place a new one.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at any point before it's been dispatched from our warehouse. Just contact us using the "Contact Us" page with the order number.
Where is my order?
We send email updates when your order is dispatched, to let you know it's on it way to you! Contact us using the "Contact Us" page if you want to know more about your order status.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is €4.99 to anywhere in Ireland.
Who delivers the order?
We use a number of delivery companies including An Post and Fastway
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch 80% of orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Most deliveries are between 3 and 4 days from order, although sometimes it can take longer it an item isn't currently in stock.

How can I return an item?
Just contact us using the "Contact Us" page with your order number, and the item you would like to return, and return it to us at our address (listed at the bottom of the page). You will receive a full refund. Check out our Refunds page for more details
